"Oiza Beach Luxe" is a fantastic apartment on the longest beach in Mallorca (10 km) of fine white sand and clear turquoise waters. The apartment complex is housed in the White City by the famous architect Saenz de Oíza. Thus, "Oiza Beach Luxe" adds the privilege of enjoying a house designed by the most influential Spanish architect of the second half of the twentieth diglo the most spectacular beach north of the island.
The "Oiza Beach Luxe" apartment is newly renovated with excellent qualities and furniture; It has a complete and equipped high-end kitchen and two bedrooms: a comfortable double bedroom with a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 cm) and another twin bedroom with two single beds, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment also has a fabulous bathroom with shower and a fantastic terrace from which you can enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean sunset.
The apartment is at the first floor (not ground floor) and it is located in the best area of Puerto Alcúdia with all the services for the best leisure at your disposal.

Sehr schön gelegenes und sauberes Apartment mit tollen Ausblick auf den breiten Strand und das schöne Meer. Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel dort und es war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Der Service des Vermittlers bebreeze ist absolut vorbildlich.

This bright apartment has a privileged balcony with views of Lake Esperanza located just 50 meters away and the nearby mountains. The interior of the house, decorated in a simple and modern style, offers everything you need to rest as you deserve. In it, you will find a beautiful dining room with AC, TV and CD player where you can relax or enjoy a beautiful evening with your companions. The kitchen is open to the living room and has everything you need to cook your favorite dishes. In the house there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. At bedtime, you will find three bedrooms with air conditioning: One has two single beds, another with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with shower and a fan finish equipping the house. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. The apartment is in the perfect place to enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean Sea. On the beautiful beach you can not only sunbathe, swim and take long walks along the shore, but also practice various water sports. Supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors or beach bars are also very close to the apartment. Don't forget to visit the town of Alcudia, where you can see the medieval wall, stroll through its narrow streets dotted with plants and flowers, and mingle with the locals on market days, which are Tuesdays and Sundays. The "Oiza Arena Blanca" apartment is a first floor apartment for 4 people that has been recently renovated with excellent qualities and furniture; It has a complete and equipped high-end kitchen, a bright living room with SAT TV and a fantastic terrace with an outdoor table that looks directly at the beaches, from which you can enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean sunset. It also has two rooms: a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (150 x 190 cm) and a single 90 x 190 cm bunk bed on top, and a second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), in addition of a practical bathroom with shower.
