'The Shell II' is a cozy and romantic apartment with sea views ideal for couples. But it is also a perfect option for families with children because of its proximity to the beach and thanks to the pool located at the back of the building, next to Lake Esperanza. It is located in front of the main artery that crosses the port of Alcudia, offering many entertainment options and attractions for children and parents.
“The Shell II” is a duplex apartment on the third and fourth floors of the 'Concha del Lago' building, with perfect sea views from the terrace and views of the lake at sunset from the rooms. On the ground floor we have a perfect pool next to lake 'Lago Esperanza' with the afternoon sun.
Just 150 meters away we have one of the most beautiful and natural areas of the beautiful Alcudia beach, the largest sandy beach in the Balearic Islands. The white sand of the beach and the natural shade of the pine forest will impress you. Without a doubt, this accommodation offers a multitude of options to spend a happy vacation
'The Shell II' has 2 bedrooms. The main one is a cozy bedroom, with three single beds and a huge window with a privileged view of the Bay of Alcudia and its fine sandy beach, the longest in all of Mallorca. From this place the sunrise is simply spectacular. This bedroom has an ensuite private bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two 90 x 190 cm beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower cabin.
There is a cozy, fully equipped kitchen that opens up to the living room where the sofa area and the covered dining area are located. In the living room we find a television with international channels and the router with WIFI internet connection.
The best area in this apartment is the terrace where you can enjoy most of the time. It's just great. Great panoramic sea views of Alcudia beach (you can actually see the entire Bay of Alcudia) and with views of the Lake Esperanza channel. On this 12-square-meter terrace, we have an outdoor dining area and a couple of sun loungers to enjoy the Mediterranean sun, enjoy the views and breathe in the sea breeze.
Puerto de Alcudia's main shopping street, Pere Mas i Reus, is just 200 metres from 'The Shell II'. There you can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, water parks and many other places offering recreational activities.
The small fishing port and yacht port of Alcudiamar is 2 km away, where you will find fresh fish restaurants as well as dozens of shops. There is also an easy free parking area.
Outdoor facilities: The best thing about this location is the luxury of being right on the largest beach in Mallorca, in a quiet area and having a large pool with views of Lake Esperanza. This area has a lot of shopping options both for adults (sports, restaurants, cafes, boutiques...) and for children (playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions,...)
Alcudia has other beautiful and cozy small beaches located in an area of 5 km. There are also historic buildings in the city such as the Roman city of Pollentia with its Roman theater, the medieval city of Alcudia with its wall.

The Sol Apartment is a wonderful vacation spot in the beach area of Puerto de Alcudia with capacity for 4 people. The beach is just 300 meters away, just 5 minutes walking. This bright apartment has a privileged balcony with views of Lake Esperanza located just 50 meters away and the nearby mountains. The interior of the house, decorated in a simple and modern style, offers everything you need to rest as you deserve. In it, you will find a beautiful dining room with AC, TV and CD player where you can relax or enjoy a beautiful evening with your companions. The kitchen is open to the living room and has everything you need to cook your favorite dishes. In the house there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. At bedtime, you will find three bedrooms with air conditioning: One has two single beds, another with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with shower and a fan finish equipping the house. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. The apartment is in the perfect place to enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean Sea. On the beautiful beach you can not only sunbathe, swim and take long walks along the shore, but also practice various water sports. Supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors or beach bars are also very close to the apartment. Don't forget to visit the town of Alcudia, where you can see the medieval wall, stroll through its narrow streets dotted with plants and flowers, and mingle with the locals on market days, which are Tuesdays and Sundays.
