Newly renovated holiday home in 2022, managed by Canariasgetaway (visit our website), a three-minute walk from Puerto Rico beach, in a small complex with just a few neighbours and very quiet - It has been designed for the comfort and rest of travellers who want to enjoy one of the sunniest places in Gran Canaria.
The property consists of 2 bedrooms - one double and one single - very bright exteriors. It also has a large living room with an integrated kitchen and a fantastic balcony with views of the quiet and relaxing pool and capacity for 3 people.
The 50 m² cosy and very bright accommodation has views of the pool, the garden and the ravine that leads to the fantastic Puerto Rico Beach, always with its calm waters. It is fully furnished and has all the amenities for both short holidays and slightly longer stays: with iron, unlimited internet access (wifi), hairdryer, communal pool, 1 Smart Tv.
The American-style kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
It has an 8 m² terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, communal pool, 1 TV, radio.
and juicer.
Located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.

A very nice apartment with a perfect location. A 5-10 minute walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Although the apartment is not very big we managed just fine with 3 adults. Everything was tidy. No dishwasher but it was not a problem to do the dishessee more

No dishwasher but it was not a problem to do the dishes by hand. Beds were comfortable. The service and communication with ’Getaway Apartments’ was very good. There was only a very small fryingpan in the kitchen and we asked if they could fix a lager one. This was not a problem and the day after we got a brand new one. They even brought us extra blankets since it was a bit chilly at night. Can really recommend this place.

Estaría bien que para el verano que viene tuviera aire acondicionado, aunque el alojamiento está bien ventilado y corre el aire.

Amazing apartment. Very modern, spacious and had all facilities that is advertised on website. Beds were also extremely comfortable. Was worried we would be too hot with no aircon but the fans that were in apartment were perfect! Location was great, see more

No need for a car as everything is in walking distance. Complex is lovey and quite also very private and clean. Spectacular holiday home on the front line of Patalavaca Beach, in Mogán, one of the places with the most hours of sunshine in Europe, in Gran Canaria. Managed by CanariasGetaway, please visit our website for more information and guest comments. It is located on the third floor, as soon as you enter the Doñana building, take the lift and go down to the third floor, the same lift also takes you directly to the beach. The accommodation has limited parking, right in front of the building. The exterior property, very bright and facing the sea, has a spacious and functional distribution, with a modern and elegant decoration that creates a cosy and relaxing atmosphere. Refurbished in May 2022, sustainability was carefully considered in the choice of materials and layout of the accommodation. One of the highlights are the views, as it has a large glass window that opens up like a fan and stands like a large balcony overlooking the ocean. There is an electric awning over the window with remote control to regulate the amount of light we want to let in. The living/dining room consists of a chaise longue sofa bed, a dining table for four with its comfortable seating, from where you can also work, helped by the inspiration of the view. The bedroom has two 0.9-metre wide single beds, which can be pushed together as travellers wish, with a chest for storage, such as suitcases. Thanks to the comfort of the beds and the scenery you can enjoy from the bed, the days will start differently. The bathroom is very comfortable, with plenty of light, a large mirror as well as a washbasin, shower, washing machine, hairdryer and storage space. The kitchen, fully equipped with high quality appliances, invites guests to prepare delicious meals with fresh local ingredients that will taste even better thanks to the panoramic views.
